Love Is Fate (2019) Drama Storyline :
Song Tian Ming (Wang Zhi Fei), Han De Chang (Chunyu Shan Shan), and Ma Dong Shan (Wang Qing Xiang) agreed it was time to launch a business together thirty years ago. Though not every aspect of their lives was as prosperous as their flourishing business, the three friends’ goals of operating a hotel together became a reality with perseverance and hard work. Dong Shan and Tian Ming were left in charge of the business after De Chang passed away, but Dong Shan took over the hotel after Tian Ming lost his son.
Now that Dong Shan is ill, he wants to give his daughter Ma Ke Ai (Zheng He Hui Zi) the Haosen Hotel and expects that she will return from her studies overseas ready to take over his role. Ke Ai may not have been able to return home anytime soon due to a near-fatal accident she was in while abroad, but she is going back right away after learning of her father’s deteriorating health. After returning home, she is involved in a string of mishaps that quickly make her question whether a malevolent power isn’t at work.
Ke Ai embraces her new role in the organization wholeheartedly, determined to find the truth behind these regrettable incidents. They join forces with Xia Yu Xing (Vin Zhang) to learn the truth, but are they ready for what they may discover?

Love Is Fate (2019) Drama Review :
Love is Fate – Main reason for watching this drama was for Vin Zhang, the male lead. He continues to be one of my favorite Chinese actors. I thought he did an excellent job in this drama and he was the main reason I kept watching as I was not sure at first. I was not familiar with Zheng He Hui Zi, this female lead was unknown to me.
To be honest I was not sure about her, for much of the drama as she looks much older, so unlike the cover picture or pictures of her I looked up after the drama. Also I think her part was not well written. Really liked the other character, especially Kong Shu Hang, who I hated through most of the drama as his idea of love was crazy, but that means he did a good job as an actor. Loved the rest of the cast, especially all the father’s.
Overall the story was good, main parts I thought could have been better was sci-fi elements. I tend to be more critical of this as I love this genre and watch it a lot. Also have to agree from start to finish that this looks to have been entirely filmed in Thailand, even the parts that were said to be filmed in China. I also though the end part about her being kidnapped to Thailand was bad. Not possible, a father would not just dissappear or do nothing
